Spirit Crossing

Developed by Spry Fox, Spirit Crossing was a Netflix game, now removed from Netflix. It is still available from Steam, so no offline recovery is planned here.

Spry Fox's massively cooperative life sim, a spiritual successor to Cozy Grove. Announced at GDC in March 2025 and playable on Netflix from July 2025, but only ever in early access; it never reached a full Netflix release. Spry Fox spun out of Netflix as an independent studio in January 2026, and on September 1st, 2026 the studio announced Netflix had terminated the mobile publishing agreement. The game is not cancelled: Spry Fox still plans a launch by the end of 2026, and a free Steam playtest has been running since June 2026. Netflix will stop publishing the iOS and Android builds on a date not yet announced, and mobile will likely be unavailable for a period before the independent release. Progress does not carry over automatically. Spry Fox is adding a Netflix to Steam account migration flow in a coming mobile update, and it requires player action.
